Workshop Terms and Conditions

Workshop Booking Information

• Booking & Payment: A £15 deposit secures your place, with the remaining £40 due on the night. Workshops are £55 per person.

• Cancellations: If you can’t make it, let us know as soon as possible. Cancel more than 7 days ahead and you can move your booking or transfer it to a friend. Cancellations within 7 days will forfeit the £15 deposit, and within 48 hours the full fee may still apply if we can’t resell your place.

• Vouchers: Workshop Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months. If you cancel, the value may be reduced by £15.

• Who Can Attend: Designed for ages 16+. Children 12–15 may join if accompanied by a paying adult.

• What to Expect: All tools and materials are provided. You’ll be guided step by step and take home your beautiful creation.

• Venues: Most workshops are held in our West Malling shop, though some take place at partner venues such as restaurants and golf clubs.

• Photos: We sometimes take pictures during workshops for our social media. Please let us know on the night if you’d prefer not to be included.
